Sound familiar?

This is for you if…

  • You've joined gyms before but nothing ever seems to stick.
  • What worked in your twenties has stopped working.
  • You've told yourself you don't need a coach. But the results aren't showing up.
  • You want training that goes somewhere. Not the kind that wrecks you for a week.

That's exactly where Conrad was a few months ago.

Conrad, before and after 12 weeks at Level Seven

Conrad · 34 · 12 weeks

“I liked to think I didn't need a coach. I'd been in good shape years ago. The reality was what I used to do wasn't working for me anymore. Results speak for themselves.”

Conrad lost nearly two stone in twelve weeks. More energy at work and at home with a newborn. Better strength all round and faster recovery on the motocross bike.

They got results.

Your Coach

Martin Short.

Tennis was my thing growing up. When I was 14 the club asked if I'd help with the kids' summer camp. That week changed me. Watching kids find joy in something I loved, and knowing I had a hand in it, gave me the same satisfaction playing did. That was when I realised coaching could be it.

I started coaching at the local leisure centre while studying. I was the skinniest, weakest one in the PT course. Looked the least like a PT in the room. That fuelled me. One day in the gym someone told me I'd never do weighted pull-ups. I never forgot it. I decided I'd never make anyone feel the way that comment made me feel.

Lockdown came and I started training people in the park. It blew up. Five years of working from home, taking on whoever I could, learning constantly. Now I want to do this properly, in a space built for it. Level Seven is that space. Leighton Buzzard is my hometown, so it had to be here.
